Why should I stage my home?
Staged homes sell faster and for more money than unstaged homes and as an active Realtor, I learned early in my career that "an empty house does not sell well". In any kind of market, the prettiest house wins and new construction falls into that category. But sellers of existing homes can get their homes competing with those houses with the right furniture, accessories and correct placement of everything. Buyers fall in love with a "feeling" that a house gives them when it is all put together, clean and cozy. THAT'S what I do.

She can help with redesign choices, investment property, flips and all the latest finishes, counter tops, lighting, flooring, tile, and cabinets. If you are in the Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Arrington, Murfreesboro or Middle Tennessee area, Kim can come to you. If you are outside of that area, Kim works via Skype, Facetime and photos and we can (for a travel fee) come to your home.

Need to stage a whole house? We can provide furniture and accessories for entire homes, along with expert staging and advice. Furniture and accessories may remain in the home for 3 months. Most homes in the Nashville area sell within this time period.
Home Redesign
$100/hr
Looking to refresh your home for the fall or holidays? Using your furniture, I can add new touches and bring a new perspective to your home with a minimum of expense. I will make certain that you LOVE It!

We saw an article in the paper about how Kim believed in staging houses. We met with her and she explained the entire process. We walked through the house, asked for her thoughts on what would make the house show the best and sell the quickest and for the best price. She had great suggestions on changes, colors etc. she suggested we have a pre-inspection done which would show us things that might show up on a buyer's inspection. This was very helpful as we fixed/repaired everything on the list and were able to sell the house "as is" without an inspection by providing the buyer a copy of the report. Kim said she would oversee all the repair work, select the colors and even found the best new appliances. She brought in the contractor, who was very good, and she worked directly with him to complete all the work on budget and on schedule. She was outstanding to communicate with, kept us informed throughout the process, and did a great job with marketing and open houses. When the offer came, she worked with the buyers agent to get to a good contract. All in all, Kim did a superb job for us. We would highly recommend Kim.

I have employed many real estate agents over the past 25 years, and Kim is the best one I have ever used to sell a house. Kim worked very hard both physically and mentally to market my house for a swift sale. One of the things that really set Kim apart from other agents was her talent and hard work on staging my home. I had an offer within the first two weeks on the market. There were many issues with the inspection and the contract fell through. There was a lot of stressful (to me) negotiations and communications which Kim handled with grace, poise, and professionalism.
